EXPERT WITNESS

All expert witness projects are handled personally by Oscar McKee, O-MCs founder and president. While we have been approached to assist with several projects, only three have gone to either arbitration or trial. In all of our cases, O-MC has provided technical support for the defense of our clients. In some cases the technical data that was provided was highly complex and detailed. Mr. McKee personally developed the basis of the technical argument, and testified in court or at arbitration.
